What comes in my kit?
Everything you need to get painting! Each Måla Paint by Number kit includes your chosen design on either a framed 8" x 8" canvas or A4 premium cardstock, pre-filled acrylic paint pots, two paintbrushes, and a full colour reference photo.
Do I need any painting experience?
Not at all! Our kits are designed to be fun and approachable for everyone - no painting experience required. Simply match the numbered paints to the numbers on your design and start painting!
What’s the difference between cardstock and framed canvas?
Our cardstock kits are printed on thick, high-quality cardstock and are perfect for framing once finished.
Our framed canvas kits come stretched and framed, so once you’ve finished painting, your masterpiece is ready to display!
Are your kits made by hand?
Yes! A lot of love goes into preparing each of our Paint by Number kits. We fill our paint pots by hand, and each of our framed canvases is individually heat pressed and prepared by us before making its way to you. 💗
Do I need to mix any colours?
Nope! All of the colours you need are included and ready to use.
What if my paint is too thick?
Acrylic paint can naturally thicken over time. Simply add a tiny drop of water and give it a good stir until you reach your desired consistency. A little goes a long way!
What if I can still see the numbers through my paint?
Some lighter colours may need a second coat for the perfect finish. Let your first coat dry completely, then go over the area again.
How should I look after my paints and brushes?
Make sure your paint pots are closed tightly when you’re not using them to prevent them from drying out. Rinse your brushes thoroughly with water between colours and after each painting session.
How long will my order take to ship?
Our kits are prepared with care, so please allow time for us to get your order ready. Current processing and estimated delivery times can be found on our Shipping page.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Can I return my order?
Because of the handmade nature of our kits, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or something isn’t quite right, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right. 💗
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it for you.
