Returns & Refunds

Each Måla Paint by Number kit is carefully prepared by hand just for you. From heat pressing each of our framed canvases to filling our paint pots by hand, a lot of love and care goes into getting every kit ready for its new home. 🎨

Because of the handmade nature of our kits, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind at this time.

Of course, we want you to love your order! If your kit arrives damaged, faulty, or something isn’t quite right, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll be more than happy to make it right. 💗

Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we’ll issue you a store credit for the amount paid for the kits once they arrive safely back to us. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit.

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected from the post office or collection point within the required timeframe, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a store credit. Carriers typically provide several days for collection and may send multiple collection reminders before returning the parcel to us.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Måla Paint by Numbers is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. Please take a moment to double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address for you.
